Our program helps athletes improve in each of these seven areas, the result being a much better-rounded physically and mentally prepared athlete. Our method creatively presents and structures training in ways that young athletes find enjoyable and entertaining.
Training is implemented through fun drills and competitions that provide opportunities for self-testing and self-measurement of progression and success. Unique to our approach is that everyone can participate and challenge themselves in a non-stressful way.
Athletes repeatedly practice to improve, measuring themselves against set standards and their own past performances. This is an approach commonly seen in sports such as skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, and trick cycling in which athletes strive to improve on their own standards of success. Through our approach, athletes benefit by enjoying experiential learning through progressive challenges that allows them to assess themselves through a process of self-awareness and correction within a fun yet competitive environment.

Baseball - Improve your child’s ability to field a ground ball, steal a base, become quicker out of
the batter’s box, turn a double play, track fly balls, run the bases, make frequent contact at the plate,
hit for power, throw with more accuracy and velocity, etc.
Soccer – Improve your child’s ability to avoid a defender, improve ball and footwork, improve their tackling skills, become faster with the ball, react quicker, be quicker to the ball, win more 50/50 balls, kick with more power and accuracy, etc.
Basketball – Improve your child’s ability to get shots off quickly, avoid defenders, improve footwork,
recover more loose balls, improve dribbling and shooting skills with both hands, improve shooting
accuracy, dominate under the boards, reduce turnovers, etc.
Football – Improve your child’s ability to avoid and make tackles, throw with accuracy, catch more
balls, make more off-balance catches, run faster and quicker in multiple directions, use better body
leverage and strength, better react and recover from blocks and take downs, accelerate and
decelerate more effectively, etc.
Lacrosse – Improve your child’s ability to take accurate shots on goal, increase multi- directional
speed, make more off-balance shots, react and recover more rapidly from checks, faster stick work,
and accurate short and long passes, etc.
Ice Hockey – Improve your child’s on-ice abilities through off-ice training in balance recovery, power
and acceleration, quick multi- directional movements, hand/eye stick handling skills, footwork, etc.
Plus preparation training for sports such as: golf, tennis, skiing, snowboarding, track & field,
cross-country, mountain biking and trick cycling, volleyball, field hockey, etc. |
